Destiny is an EU-based business (Cyprus) building custom digital welcome and guest guidebook websites for short-term rental hosts.

Our service
Destiny builds custom digital welcome/guest guidebook websites for short-term rental hosts. Our service consists of a one-time build fee (payment in full for the design and construction of your guidebook, charged once at purchase — not a deposit) and a monthly maintenance subscription (covering hosting and upkeep).
How the build works
Once you purchase, we contact you directly to gather your property information (WiFi, check-in/out, house rules, local recommendations, etc.). We do not provide draft versions or a revision cycle — your guidebook is built directly from the information you provide and delivered as a completed, live guide.
Delivery & refunds
If we fail to deliver your completed, live guidebook within 30 days of your purchase date, you’re entitled to a full refund of the one-time build fee. Beyond this 30-day guarantee, the one-time build fee is non-refundable once delivered.
Subscription term & cancellation
The monthly maintenance subscription requires a minimum 6-month commitment from activation. You may cancel anytime; cancelling before the 6-month minimum incurs an early cancellation fee (amount confirmed separately with each client). After the 6-month term, cancel anytime with no early cancellation fee.
Pricing
Pricing follows the tiers shown in our pricing calculator at time of purchase, with multi-property discounts applied automatically. Active pricing won’t change retroactively.
Client responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful property information.
Intellectual property
Destiny retains ownership of the underlying template, design system and code; you’re licensed to use your completed guidebook for as long as your subscription is active.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months; we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
Cyprus / EU.
