Destiny is an EU-based business (Cyprus) building custom digital welcome and guest guidebook websites for short-term rental hosts.
Our service
Destiny builds custom digital welcome/guest guidebook websites for short-term rental hosts. Our service consists of a one-time setup fee (€98 per property, paid in full for the design and construction of your guidebook — not a deposit) and a recurring maintenance subscription (€17 per property per month or €170 per property per year, covering hosting and ongoing updates).
How the build works
Once you purchase, we contact you directly to gather your property information (WiFi, check-in/out, house rules, local recommendations, etc.). Your guidebook is built directly from the information you provide and delivered as a completed, live guide. We don't run a formal draft or revision cycle before delivery, but once it's live we're happy to make reasonable tweaks and corrections — just send us the updated details.
Delivery & refunds
If we fail to deliver your completed, live guidebook within 30 days of your purchase date, you’re entitled to a full refund of the one-time setup fee. Beyond this 30-day guarantee, the setup fee is non-refundable once delivered.
Subscription term & cancellation
The monthly maintenance subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment from activation. If you cancel before the 3-month minimum ends, the remaining months of that minimum are still payable. After the 3-month term, you can cancel anytime with no further charge and your guide stays live until the end of your current billing period. Yearly plans run for the full year and renew automatically.
Pricing
Current pricing is published on our homepage: a one-time setup fee of €98 per property, plus €17 per property per month, or €170 per property per year (equivalent to €14 per month) for maintenance. Multi-property pricing is available on request.
Client responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful property information.
Intellectual property
Destiny retains ownership of the underlying template, design system and code; you’re licensed to use your completed guidebook for as long as your subscription is active.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months; we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Cyprus / EU.
