Contact details (name, email), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details ourselves), property information you provide for the guidebook build, and communication records.
How we use it
To process purchases and deliver the build, communicate about orders, builds and accounts, send the property questionnaire and onboarding emails, provide ongoing maintenance, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Contract performance, consent, and legitimate interests.
Who we share data with
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Lovable (hosting and infrastructure). We never sell personal data.
Retention
For as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after for legal, accounting and tax compliance.
